Having graduated with a degree in Fine Art, Glen spent an apprenticeship in retail management with Waterstone’s Booksellers before moving into publishing. He learnt his marketing skills as Sales and Marketing Director at the UK’s largest academic publishing house behind Oxford and Cambridge before becoming Publisher and directing the University Press of Hull, managing an editorial role as well as national and international sales. He has maintained his artistic progression through exhibitions and has been instrumental in developing art networks across Dorset and utilising modern website technology to keep in touch with all modern art trends.
