All of our Framers are qualified to the Fine Art Trade Guild's GCF standard (Guild Commended Framer).   We do our utmost, to ensure that the quality of all of our work is of a consistently high standard and meets the standards set out by the Fine Art Trade Guild so that you are always happy with any item you receive from us.  We guarantee all our work and we can only do that because we are confident of the extremely high quality of our workmanship.  We produce many picture (and photo-) frames every day of the year and we quality-check every single frame before it is packed.

Of course, it doesn't matter how well we make the frame or how beautiful it looks as a finished product on the bench if it doesn't look so good when it reaches you!  We have been offering out internet service for almost 10 years now and as a result we know how to pack pictureframes so that there are no breakages between us and you.  Accidents can still happen though however carefully a frame is packed and so we guarantee your frame against damage in transit as well (See our Terms and Conditions).

While we try to make the website as easy to use as possible, sometimes you may have a requirement that needs advice so please feel free to call our friendly, highly experienced and professionally qualified framers for advice. They are available Monday to Friday 9:00 to 5:30 and on Saturdays between 9:00 and 1:00
