We have been delighted with every aspect of the picture you produced for us. From the very first phone call discussing what we were hoping to achieve, onto selecting the frame, working with production to agree the layout & taking their suggestions on what would work best, through to the delivery process where we were told when to expect the package which was exactly when it came, to the final moment of anticipation when we opened the package and were truly impressed with the results.

We were looking to have a framed collection of our wedding photos to create a storyboard’ with the key moments of our wedding day. We knew it would be a bespoke, one off creation and were not sure who could do it best. Very soon into the first phone call, my confidence that I was speaking to a supplier who understood what we wanted and could achieve it grew by the second. From then on, every step along the process reinforced that initial confidence and now have the storyboard that we want, have given pride of place in our home and we admire it every day.

the frames arrived Thursday and apart from being very well packed they are gorgeous! Thank you very much for doing such a great job, they both look better than expected. I couldn’t tell from the photo online that the ornate frame with the red picture was actually dark brown with red highlights. Our other furniture is dark brown and the red print works really well with the frame. I was a bit concerned at first that I had spent too much money but I’m really pleased with both of them and glad I ordered!
